People for the Ethical Treatment of the Undead. Lead up by their leader Robert Cobb, they champion the cause of the Undead. Not that they wish harm upon others, just that they wish people would be a little more thoughtful with their treatment of the undead. For example: Silver + Vampire = Torture.
